Why families stay

She sees teachers committed to both the human being and the craft, because those two goals are not mutually exclusive. She witnesses a true community. Not a perfect one, but a real one. This weekend reminded me of all the reasons I chose this studio.

Where dancers start

Every dancer on the roster earned the spot at an audition. Here is the path, from first competition to national stage.

The bridge from recreational to competitive

Company

Full commitment, full training

The heart of the competitive program. Company dancers train across multiple styles and carry multiple competitive group numbers, and they are eligible for special numbers: solos, duets, and trios.

Four regional competitions within driving distance, plus one national competition with overnight travel.

Highest commitment

Elite

The dancers who set the standard. Elite carries everything Company does, multiple group numbers and eligibility for solos, duets, and trios, with more training hours and a fuller competition season. This is the team behind the studio's professional appearances, and its dancers are held to professional expectations: attendance, conditioning, and artistry are non-negotiable. Admission is by invitation to audition only, and spots are limited each season.
